He mihi nui tenei ki a koe e pa ana ki te kaupapa o te aromatawai me te whakaritenga-a-ratonga o Wai-ora Trust, no reira, tena koe, tena korua, tena koutou katoa

Wai-ora Trust is a charitable organisation, whose aims are 'helping people grow', by promoting and supporting projects, programmes and community-based businesses that will develop people, our environment and our community.

Wai-ora Trust provides work-skills, health and social service programmes for individual, family and community groups and also runs commercial enterprises with specialist staff, via its charitable company, Wai-ora Forest Landscapes.

Environmental projects such as community vegetable plots and landscaping city parks and reserves, a Fitness Centre and a ground maintenance team, to an eco-sourced native plant nursery and landscape contracting services, comprise some of the daily activities Wai-ora Trust is involved in.

Currently Wai-ora Trust, along with its charitable company, Wai-ora Forest Landscapes, employs around 50 full time staff and has up to an additional 200 people participating on programmes and projects.

Over the years Wai-ora Trust has received a number of commendations for community service, and was the joint-inaugural winner of the Canterbury Resource Management Award.

Wai-ora Trust owns a 7-hectare horticulture property on the outskirts of Christchurch city, near Christchurch International airport, as well as a coastal farm north of Kaikoura for camping and forestry development.
